Manhattan Plaza Tenants Association works to keep the lines communication between tenants and management open. We manage and support events for residents of all ages. We advocate for positive changes in our building and our neighborhood.

The MPTA Executive Committee (seen below) meets every month to discuss current building issues and prepare for the monthly MP Tenants General Meeting.

 

Our monthly MPTA General Meetings occur on the second Monday of each month. The meetings are divided between "in person" and  "ZOOM" in an effort to accommodate as many resident schedules as possible. In person meetings take place in the Ellington Room (9th Ave Building.)
