MP Practice Rooms​
This committee is composed of tenants who manage the operation of the 484 Practice Rooms
and is not part of the MPTA. For further Information contact mppr484@gmail.com.
Information regarding the 400 Building Practice Room may be obtained from the 400 Building
Front Desk.

Seniors Committee
The MPTA Seniors Committee was established to address the expressed interests of all MP seniors. The committee will not represent issues of individual seniors, but only address matters affecting groups of MP seniors.

Meetings occur on the first Monday of each month, in the afternoon.
Block Festival Committee
This committee organizes and produces the MPTA Annual Block Festival normally held each
September on a Saturday from 10 am till 5 pm on 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues.
Tenants and neighbors sell their “stuff” and we raffle off great prizes throughout the day. If you would like to participate as a volunteer committee member, a raffle ticket seller or assist on the day, please contact the committee at email below or mptenants@gmail.com
