About your Tenants Association
Manhattan Plaza Tenants Association works to keep the lines communication between tenants and management open. We manage and support events for residents of all ages. We advocate for positive changes in our building and our neighborhood.
The MPTA Executive Committee meets every month to discuss current building issues and prepare for the monthly General Meeting. Our monthly General Meetings occur on the second Monday of each month. Currently, the meetings are via ZOOM but we hope to meet in person soon. In person meetings take place in the Ellington Room (9th Ave Building.)
Tenant issues/questions can be emailed to us at email@example.com or dropped into the lobby box marked "MPTA" (near the mailboxes).
